The shop is fine but click and collect is upstairs and fitting rooms downstairs, so if you want to try on something you have ordered and have a pushchair you have 2 levels to negotiate. The area round the fitting rooms is very congested and it must be really difficult for parents with pushchairs , shopping alone, to get in to try things on

I’ve had three emergencies in the last six months, all around kid’s school clothes. Every-time I go into Next Colchester they move heaven and earth to help. The girls are lovely and I can’t thank them enough for their amazing customer service. First class!!!!

Happy, friendly small store. Want to order another size, not a problem. Hasn't changed a bit. Good selection for ladies, bit tight on the males.

Staff are always really helpful and friendly, never have any issues if I need to order or return an item. Their selection of men’s clothes is good too.

Clothing choice is ok some prices seem a little steep but they have reasonably priced items too. 4 stars as overcharged £5 from what the label said and I didnt notice until I had paid and neither did the cashier and I had to go back to rectify. The member of staff was very apologetic and sorted it out after a bit of messing around getting managers for till keys to do the refund.

I witnessed a ginger/red haired woman with a pony tail, management type, screaming at a new starter (could tell she was new) she has the poor girl in tears on the shop floor. I wanted to see if the young girl was alright but I was being glared at by the ginger headed woman, somehow it's like she was goading me to come over. I also saw other staff members laughing at this. What a toxic atmosphere. I hope that young girl quit after that treatment.

After paying 60 for 2 tops, 1 jumper and t shirt both were see-through and disappointing but jeans were nice but next is very expensive and the quality isn't great

Decent selection of clothes, could be better but as I say, it's ok".Usual problem that's already been mentioned is that click and collect is upstairs and fitting rooms are downstairs

My sister got thrown out for no reason and got accused for stealing for no reason even though she hasn't done anything. She was there to do some clothes shopping. The cashier was rude to her and didn't believe her that she was innocent. My sister has autism as well and is very upset

Bad customer service today. Needed to collect my online order. Text message said collection till on ground floor. Searched for it and ended up going to till. Queued 10 mind. To be told to go up stairs. Queued upstairs to be told to use the machine. Both members of staff very unhelpful and off in attitude.
