Is a fraud! They contact you on WhatsApp take bank details and then they block you! They start to call you faking to be your bank! They make me a contract with ee.. if you call the costumer service they don’t work with ee but if you check the pictures online they are special partner! Stay away alert avoid they are thieves someone should report them to the police

My sim card was not working and i have been struggling for my phone they keep my number and gave me good phone with same price as sim just £20 it was good im happy and they transferred my old data to new phone for free

Excellent customer service. I phoned Fonehouse to enquire if they had a phone in stock that I wanted to purchase, which they did. I asked the sale assistant to reserve the phone for me. On arrival, I received professional service throughout. I was very happy with the phone, brilliant quality and price, also the phone comes with a guarantee! I will definitely recommend their service and use them again! Thank you.

Amazing! I smashed my screen this morning and they were able to fix it within an hour for a very reasonable price. Staff couldn't have been nicer. I cannot recommend them enough
