Fantastic service. I had a hollywood wax and was extremely nervous as I hadnt had it done for quite some time. Summer was amazing and made me feel so comfortable and at ease immediately. She was excellent at explaining the process and had great techniques to help minimise the pain. Will definitely be going back in 4-6 weeks to maintain. Would highly recommend. 5⭐️

Summer is a gem! Had not waxed since around 3 years! So was a bit nervous but Summer made me feel super comfy and her knowledge was brill! Will deffo be doing it a monthly visit! X

I have just visited the beauty room for my first wax in a couple of years. Summer made the whole experience so relaxing as I was a little nervous but she was honestly amazing. She talked me through the whole process and helped me to stay calm. I could not recommend her enough. Thank you ☺️

Lovely relaxing experience having LVL. Lashes look lovely and long and it was a pain free experience. Summer is lovely and attentive. Will definitely be back.

Came back to the UK for a few months as live overseas and had the task of finding a salon for waxing whilst here, which is always a bit daunting. What a find this was! Aesthetically the salon is gorgeous and comfortable and Katrin and the team couldn’t be more professional and lovely! I want to take them back to NZ with me! 100% would recommend and will definitely be visiting them next time I’m back.

Summer is an excellent wax therapist. This was my first booking with her. I immediately felt at ease and have honestly never felt so relaxed having a bikini wax as I did today. Summer was thorough but gentle. The room was calming and spotlessly clean. Really positive experience. Highly recommend. Look forward to more treatments in the future. Thanks Summer

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Summer after having a really positive waxing experience with her this morning. The wax was quick, thorough, not painful at all and Summer was really great.
