At counter, 2 servers one, that can see me waiting, just serving drive though, the other back to me. No acknowledgement no service, left. Exceptionally poor service in an an area I have always praised for their hospitality services.

Called in on my way back from a meeting. First visit to this starbucks. Although initially things weren't perfect, the manager - Kelly sorted things out with a professional attitude and service. Thank-you Kelly for looking after me.

First pumpkin spiced latte of the season and it was great.Staff are always friendly and you get what you expect in terms of seating and furniture

Coffee was nice enough, if not way overpriced.Had a latte, £3.75 i think x 2.Place was easy to find and ample parking.Seating was quite comfy and was a few spare tables.Place seemed well used by people working on laptops etc.However, there were cups left from previous customers on tables and was generally untidy.Wouldnt go back really. Not the nicest vibe there at all.

Took a long time to get served even with four staff behind the counter. When I was served though the staff were polite and speedy. Now they charge for pupachino's, 70p + cup. I wasn't a fan of their coffee but happy to treat the dog and my son, won't be going any more

Ordered 2 flat whites with an extra shot. Stickers on the cups said they had 3 shots in each but both had 1 shot. Could hardly taste the coffee and they were really watery. Every time I order coffee from here something is always wrong. The staff are rude too.

It has a beautiful view if you sit on the side tables. It is also located above the cinema and you can have a good time before the movie starts, but unfortunately the cakes that were available were not very fresh. Also, in my opinion, the way of dealing with customers was not suitable for Starbucks

Just been here waiting patiently for someone to take my order. All three of staff was obviously busy making drinks, only me left now waiting to be served. Somebody walks in and gets served straight away. Do they really think people come in just to stare at the menu, look at you for service for you to act like your busy! Absolutely disgusting service. Starbucks get better staff!

I've marked it down because I got an egg nog latte and asked for extra hot as I do every year for the last 6 years and got told no we are not allowed to do drinks extra hot anymore. It was luke warm and the reason I get all my drinks extra hot.
