lovely people good service but don't book online as there buzy

I’m not one for leaving reviews tbh but I was so dissatisfied. Poor massage 1 hour massage shoulders barley touched and legs not touched at all. Waste of money came out feeling like I’d had a foot and hand massage.Wouldn’t recommend.

Booked an appointment with a lady named Tina through text and and was given the price of what I will have to pay, so I left my house with the exact cash I needed and was told later (by Tina herself) that the initial price they had told me was incorrect and in fact higher.Told them that I only brought the cash I was quoted initially to the appointment because that was the price I was told, yet she tries shift the blame on me saying they had told me the correct price a good enough time before the appointment, even though I explained multiple times by that time, I couldn’t go back home to get my card/extra cash and make it for the appointment + I was driving.Very rude over text, couldn’t even take accountability for an innocent mistake and started blaming me even though wasn’t my fault and didn’t even have the decency to apologise. Finally cancelled appointment for something that wasn’t my fault which is poor customer service, wouldn’t recommend at all.
