10/10 service from the moment we viewed. Donna was an absolute Saint. She always went over and behind. Her communication throughout every step of the journey was absolutely perfect and professional. Even after the process was complete she called just to check up. Donna is a star she is reliable, kind and considerate. She provided a 5 star service.

I could be lazy and just sum up the experience with Hindwoods Greenwich and say Outstanding or Execellent! But that still would not be enough. I picked the keys to my new rental property this morning and it still feel like its a dream when I consider how smooth and easy the process was. But its her warm personality, her sincerity, her willingness to go the extra mile and her downright niceness that really prompted me to write this review. To top it off, I was given a welcome pack which I thought was just documentation, and then found to my surprise a collection of little treats and some really useful signposting information for moving house!!Donna, I thank and salute you. My partner and I have just moved into a house let and managed by Hindwoods. We had a great experience with their service. Donna was so kind and helpful with showing us our current house and when we decided to put in an offer - she really made us feel secure in our choice. Elle was a great help throughout the letting process - she’s been extremely thorough with all the forms and questions we had. We are so grateful to Hindwoods for such a smooth move in and happy to know our property is managed by such nice people. We are just so happy in our new place and would recommend them to all!

Hi, I have lived local in SE London for nearly 20 years. I got my first long term rental property through them 18 years ago and am just getting my third through them. They have been professional, friendly, non pushy but efficient.I would recommend them to anyone looking for a residential property. You are treated like a human being not just another sausage in the sausage factory like the tens of other agents I have had to deal with since undertaking a search this time. They don't have lettings sales people who's last job was selling mobile phones, but lettings agents who care about matching the right person to a property and frankly I prefer that! My only light hope is that maybe they need to increase their team size so people get back to you more promptly but maybe they are just operating at a normal pace rather than high pressured sell

Do not use this agency, I went to meet an agent to view a property for rent. Took time out of my working day, moved meetings around to arrive only 3 minutes late after informing them. No one showed. I called and the lady on the phone was no help either than to say she had left and would not contact me till Monday. Waste of time!
