Rusty's Barbers

Fantastic barber shop. Recently graduated from Durham and I've been going to Rusty's for the past four years; could never wish for anything else. Can also strongly recommend the junior and trainee barbers; they may take a bit longer but the cuts are always excellent and the craic is always great. Highly recommended.

First visit to Rusty's upon recommendation from my friends. Absolute 5* service from start to finish. Great trim and great chat! I won't go anywhere else now.

Best Barber ever! Seriously, I fly from Oslo to here, just for their haircut. They have excellent and friendly services. Haircut price also is very reasonable and worthwhile.

Fantastic Barber with excellent craic, a great little shop and awesome trainees, if you can't get an appointment with the man himself, his trainees know what they're doing and are learning from the Master! (I've had a cut with Neil as well and he's a good man too, I guess..)Long story short, if you wanna belly laugh whilst sharp things are near your face, book in at Rusty's!

I went to Rusty's every two weeks for all 3 years of my time at Durham University. Neil (who sadly left recently) and Rusty are two unbelievable barbers, but more importantly are two unbelievable guys. My haircuts were always a 10/10 and the chat within the shop is electric. Hands down the best barbershop I've ever been to (and I've been to many) and definitely the best atmosphere in any barbershop around. I couldn't recommend Rusty's enough - and towards the end of my time at uni, I was lucky enough to call the lads there my mates. If you're in or around the Durham area, Rusty's is a must-stop for all guys in need of a clean trim and a pick-me-up!

This was my second trip to Rusty's. I travelled 40 miles for a haircut and beard shave because it's just that good! They had my beard looking like an actual beard after years and years and dozens of barbers attempting to make it work! Great atmosphere and good conversation throughout! And it's right next to a few local eateries so it's perfect!
