Especially during this Covid and Christmas time the staff in this Post Office have seen long queues waiting for service , never less than at least a dozen customers waiting outside on the pavement. Once inside service is always courteous and professional. Hats off to the staff for remains cool in these chaotic times....thank you

The staff only give me the most expensive service even though I mention there is another cheaper service I searched online, he still goes for the most expensive air mail with track and sign service.

Anytime I go into the post office the post master couldn't be any more helpful always giving me advice on best postage to use, at xmas the when extremely busy the young lady took time with me and always with a smile. It's just nice to get such excellent customer service.

Liberton Gardens Post Office
Having lived in Liberton since 2000, I have always used this post office, not only is it conveniently close by, but I find the staff and new post master to be very knowledgeable and friendly. Not only do they deal with my frequent packages, but they now take on my Starling Bank requests as BoS next door has closed. These guys literally make my life easier, and I can’t thank them enough.

My local post office with friendly staff, queues around dinner time are sometimes quite long but I suppose that just proves how popular this post office is
