We went do some paperwork and the staff was efficient, friendly and polite.

I have been going to nat west bank 4 over 20yrs very happy with the bank all the agent's accept when the where sacking staff over there jobs description. They help me through some bad time's every day i went t bank just t say hello but wrk of course .they went out of there ways t help me as I'm not t well .but very happy t no that there keeping some staff but sadly inly 1 add to go Nigel he gave is life t that bank and they took it all away such a sad time .Now try on line banking witch is good t .i prefer going in bank it gets me out and staff is very good .

I have never had the mis-fortune to be treated so badly by a financial institution in my entire life !! THEY ARE THE MOST INCOMPETENT BANK I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. Been in 3 times now and they keep saying they have lost paperwork they clearly had. Wasting my time and Petrol. Folks take your business elsewhere if you want a decent service.

A bank is a bank but staff are friendly and a queue that come out the door

Went in to withdraw money as my card is broken … I knocked into a customer by accident to be greeted by staff member ‘Ishita’ who gave me evil looks …. I didn’t realise she was serving as she was just looking around .. she sees I’m saying sorry to the person I knocked into … yet she’s hugging , puffing … she starts raising her voice and shouting at me to put my card in without even asking how to help or what exactly I need!? Ok … I tell her my card is broken but I have I.d … she shouts too if her voice three times to put my card in to which I repeat over again it’s not working ! … anyway I refused to be served by her and got served by someone else who wasn’t much better and was rude and acted as if I was the problem … Ishita in particular could do with better people skills and go and work elsewhere … maybe the Jon is too much for her to handle ? Never had this in any bank before …

Very helpful in improving my account

Truly shocking customer service - couldn't be less interested in helping you or any other customer. Every person that comes to the counter is another problem for them. I suggest you visit many of the other branches in Bristol where they are much nicer and are far more accommodating than the old bags in here.

I've asked them some information about my credit card more than one time and every single member of the staff gave me different and wrong information, the result is I'm paying fee and interest on it because of them. I'm not happy at all.

Usually positive but website says your open Wednesday 29th dec get to the door quite clearly locked up no one home 11:28 am

It would be useful, If you could update the opening hours on google maps. On the website, It shows the bank is open until 4.30 but when I arrived, you had a letter saying it closes at 1pm. Poor communication and notification to costumers.
