Check the discs you buy from them. They sold me a game with a massive scratch on it, and won't replace it because according to them they wouldn't have sold the game with the scratch on it

Terrible service. They do not want to be bothered testing GPUs here. Don’t waste your time. The 2 ladies that weee working on Tuesday September 20 at 1322 just did not want to be bothered. Told me to go to Bexley which is miles and miles away. So lazy.

Don't buy from them. It's Scam!!!I trade 1tb HDD(they value it £14)And buy £60 SSD from them.So, i pay £14+46(Cash) for SSD.But that SSD faulty one(low transfer speed).I go to shop again and tell them my problem and they said, they don't have any other SSD to give for xchange by warranty. And i ask for the refund and they only give me £46 and keep that traded HDD for free.

Visited this CEX store in Gravesend to sell my PS4, Went to get a quote. Once I got home and unpacked the PS4 I then realised that they had thrown it back in the box and the inner packaging was completely damaged! Shocking service not to mention that there's 4 staff who just stand around petting their dog the whole time. All four are a waste of space and stealing a living!

One of the best CeX in Kent. Staff are amazing here. Polite and friendly and do their best to help you out. Great range of games, consoles and Blu rays. Would recommend this branch to anyone who is looking to buy or sell.

We left 3 bags of DVDs and games with them for a couple of hours to trade in. We picked some back up as they wouldnt take them due to the disc being scratched. But when we got home we noticed that some of the ones they wouldnt take arent what we left with them, the cases were broken or stained where they hadnt been when we took them and one of them had the discs in a sleeve in the box rather than in the cases. They hadnt even tried to hide that they swapped them.
