Adam North Guitars

Adam responded immediately with a phone call to my email enquiring about work on my acoustic. He talked me through the various options and we agreed a price I was happy with. The work was done promptly and I was told exactly what had been done and why.The instrument now plays far better than before and I am a happy customer. I would happily use Adams services again when I need something else done on my guitars.

I bought a cheap Telecaster copy ( couldn't afford a real one!) and asked Adam if he would do a set up on it for me.... Now I'm no player (yet) but in my opinion he has turned a cheap instrument into a very playable one indeed, so much so that I've given him my Danelectro U2 56 reissue to felttle lol.Add throw the fact that he's a really nice guy into the mix and you can't go wrong!Recommended without hesitation.

Contacted Adam after purchasing a set of Vanson 57 humbuckers and a set of Wilkinson Vintage locking tuners to do an upgrade on a 10 year old Encore LP copy. Adam was prompt, courteous and professional and completed the upgrade as well as a full setup complete with new set of D'ddario XT strings when promised and as quoted. Wow...to say I am pleased is an understatement. The guitar plays and sounds amazing and I would put it up against guitars costing much more. I can’t put it down and can’t stop playing it. So happy I decided to not only proceed with the upgrade but that I chose Adam North to do the work. Top notch work and a pleasure to deal with. Great communication, reasonable price and an extremely knowledgeable professional. I will definitely use again and highly recommend.

Took my Epiphone for a full set up and service - very impressed with Adam's knowledge and set-up. My Epi plays absolutely beautifully now. Looking forward to visiting the store properly post-lockdown.

Was very pleased with the service and result of the repair. I have the Gibson Firebrand in the photo and it was cutting out. Adam knew what was wrong and it is fixed without issue .Whats great about Adam is his genuine interest in not only the guitar, but how you play and type of sound you like/ want . He will ask questions about how you like set ups, offers knowledge of guitars etc. Afterward ,he called to check if everything was satisfactory. Adam knows what he is doing and I will be using his services again. Thanks Adam.

Adam did a lovely job on my Martin acoustic. Plays like a dream now. The drop off service was really appreciated as well. Friendly guy and will be contacting again. Highly recommended.
