Total waste of time goods dont turn up ??hmmm they seem to leave along with the courier

Don't even bother,, they don't care about your stolen parcels that they abandoned at your door.

Absolutely apalling customer service. Ridiculously useless automated service that offers absolutely zero help. Cannot speak to human being, which would actually help. Very, very poor. Do not use if you have the choice!

This is the very worst courier service in the world I sent a parcel from Birmingham to Ipswich on the 23rd of September it is now the 11th of October it is still not delivered. I have been told every day it is going to be delivered the very next day. What makes the service worse are the continuous lies

Absolutely shocking service. I had an initial tracking notification that my Aldi parcel would be delivered on Friday 28th August. Then another notification that it had arrived at the local Hermes Hub at 6.00 am on Tuesday 1st September. There it sat for over 48 hours until it disappeared. Now I’m told it’s again arrived this morning at my local Hermes depot. No sign of it actually getting on the road to be delivered to me. If I had any idea of where my local depotis I’d go and pick it up myself.

GIVE ME MY PARCELLL, and his is the worst possible service out there do yourself a favour and NEVER use hermes. They need to be cancelled.
