Was seen quickly and called back a few minutes later to arrange a physical appointment when I was told only a phone appointment was required, the staff here are wonderful and so helpful, they made me feel at ease and it gave me the impression that my health was put first, so thank you!!For an FYI -The other reviews appear to be of frustrated people who can’t get through or get an appointment; they have a triage system in house which is governed by the NHS Trust Board, not something the receptionists/nurses/doctors on site can control? If it’s serious and treatable, they’ll see you. If you just want a test, order a free one online, if it’s positive they will call you!! Your GP can always refer you to gynaecology where you’re able to have an appointment booked, if iCash can’t help here. Always great service from iCash Cambs, especially LTC :)If you’re generally frustrated that you have to rely on the NHS, or can’t get through to them, there are private services available (£400+). Unless you want to pay those fees I would be thankful for what’s available and go through the official channels. They will speak to you if you call and wait, but for the only clinic in Cambridge this is expected to be busy.

Several attempts to get through on phone, lines too busy, cut off after 25 minute wait. No appointments available when you do finally get through, told to call back next week. Can't book appointment for 2 weeks time. Everything booked.

Amazing. I can't rave enough about the amazing and caring staff here. They took amazing care of me during my iud insertion which was pain free thanks to the numbing they provided me with. I wish I remembered the doctor's name to personally thank her in this review !

Extremely professional and super caring. went in to get a copper coil and Dr Claudia and nurse Amirah, were so kind and compassionate. wasn’t a straightforward procedure but they handled it so well, and i was truly in good hands!

I took time off of work to drive my partner there. We arrived a few minutes late because of traffic to be told that the next appointment was in one month time and to rebook.I explained how inconvenient that was and could we do something other than wait a month. The receptionist said she couldn't make the decision. My partner then spoke to the nurse who spent 30 minutes arguing with her and could have actually carried out the procedure in a fraction of the time taken to argue with her.My partner left and burst into tears out of pure frustration with the way this clinic is run.We will now just pay to get what we need done privately rather than deal with these people, and in particular, the nurse who administers the contraceptive implant.For your own mental health, I would strongly recommend against visiting this clinic. Just pay privately if you can afford it, it's money well spent.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I had a deep implant removal and everyone was very kind and calm before, during and after my procedure. The parking is not great as there are only a select number of spaces and these are always taken however I was lucky and managed to get a free space. This isn't their fault though and they are working on getting more parking.

Incredible medical service from the ladies at this clinic. I was referred from my GP, as they couldn’t help me further, due to an uncommon intimate skin condition. The nurses and practitioners here knew straight away and treated me on the initial appointment. Cant thank these ladies enough. I need to return several times, and no longer anxious about these appointments. Very professional. Just be early! They work on a tight schedule. If you are late, they have no choice but to reschedule.

I am incredibly phobic of needles and have anxiety and panic attacks when I get bloods done. The nurses were amazing here. Vicki and Huw were incredibly kind, patient and helped me breath through my panic and get the bloods done. They were also brilliant at giving information and support before and after.Very grateful, and I will be using this clinic again in future.
