Superb Launderette. The staff are so helpful. I can recommend the service wash.

I've used this launderette twice and put my washing on for a 20 minute dry on each visit. Both times, the washing came out still cold and wet like it had just come out if the washing machine, not the dryer. I tried speaking to the member of staff about it on my visit this evening her customer service was terrible. She was rude, uninterested and didn't even bother to look up at me from her phone when I was trying to ask about the machine. Her exact words were There's not alot I can do about that". I appreciate sometimes things happen that are out of staff control such as machjne breakdowns/ faults etc...however

Go to the backroom launderette on London road they are much friendlier and give a better all-round service. Every time I went I had an issue.

The lady which was there at the time I have used the launderette was not helpfull. From her chare she was just saying things like this machine does not exept £2 coins"

AVOID AVOID AVOID! Ripped off - did not wash all the cloths (just fe-breezed and ironed around 50% of them - only washed a few cotton shirts). I know this because a few articles had perfect condition tissue in pockets! Also, server was really rude and intolerant. Also did not inform me of weight allocations

So I normally use this laundrette out of convenience as they’re the nearest one. Today I decided to go at 5:40 and loaded my clothes into the washing machine. As myself and another individual loaded the clothes in, a man came to tell us that we cant wash our clothes as they’re turning the water off at 6 despite the sign on the front saying something else. The wash would’ve taken 23 minutes taking the time to 6:03 and over a few minutes, he would not allow us to complete our wash. Had he kept the water on for a few minutes past 6, he could’ve allowed us to complete our wash. Nonetheless he lost 2 paying customers and made us take out all of our clothes and go elsewhere. Do better and don’t be petty over a few minutes.

I love this laundrette. Always clean, the machines are always working, convenient opening hours. The staff are helpful and patient if there’s any kind of problem (usually me not realising I haven’t put the right amount of coins in). Early on a Sunday is usually a quiet time to visit.

Fix your machines.I regularly spend a fortune in your tired and broken down laundrette, a) because it's the closest and I can't carry all my washing to another further one, and b) even if I did it's the same owner so similar issues.Machines are either regularly or seemingly permanently broken. Those that do work seem to be doing so in an underpowered way. 20 minutes on high for 2 towels leaving them pretty damp and needing another 10-15 minutes is crazy. These machines used to be a lot more efficient, so stop being tight and get them serviced or replaced.

Took my clothes in for a service wash but not convinced all my clothes are clean. one of my shirts smells like they haven't been washed, just put in the tumble dryer on a high heat (musty burnt smell) to add to my suspicion the same happened last month. Took our bedsheets in for a service wash and came out smelling musty again like they just tumbled dryed and not washed. Also marks on our towels . I feel I've been ripped off
