Oh lovely coffee always nice and the food is delicious as well and great service staff was very happy and helpful.

Can't go wrong with Greggs. The place is nice and clean and the staff is quick.

Quite possibly the best Greggs I’ve ever been to. In fact it’s probably the best in the country. I often wonder if there are National Greggs awards because if there was I’d nominate this branch. Maureen’s always so happy when I pop in for a sausage roll.

I recommend Greggs on the basis that they are consistent. Service here is very efficient and great if you're the thrifty type.This outlet has limited floor space but all the social distancing boundaries are clearly in place. If you are a die hard coffee connoisseur perhaps walk on by :)

Hi guys , I love Greggs in general but this particular store in hamlet court road hardly ever has anything in it, crusty rolls, crusty bread? Why is it always so empty of stock? And today’s visit was at 09.00 in a Saturday , The smallest Greggs I have used , come on Greggs, I bought from Tesco in the end which Isn’t as nice , please fill your shelves .

Slow service, ok if your after coffee but i was after cakes. Poor selection and and from someone always buying cakes, pretty poor in my opinion. Threw two in the bin.

This shop used to be great and the employees used to be very polite but now a couple of them are not so nice. Got told off for picking up sweeteners and brown sugar (didn't know what one my partner wanted for their hot drink because sometimes they use sweetner) and I got told off saying they have seen me take them before- I took 3 sweeteners and 3 brown sugars, that is what my partner takes in coffees like latte, cappuccino etc. 3. And like I said they change what they put in it!And also I asked what cream cakes they have and they said apple danish so I bought 2, got home and there was no cream in them. Feel like they did it on purpose because the woman who served me always seems to have attitude. Also the breakfast baguettes/rolls stop at 11am but whenever I go in there around 10 or half 10 they say they don't have any left which is a lie! I contacted Gregg's customer service and they said that this shouldn't be happening. Might complain again. I don't appreciate PAYING MY MONEY for disgusting service and food!The employee who is rude and thinks its funny to put fatty bits of bacon in the baguette and cakes with no cream in after I PAID for the cream version and to tell me not to take sugar when I PAID for it- I think you should start valuing your job and your customers, and the service you are providing or should I say non-service. Awful.

Lovely staff. Helped me sort codes out on phone. Freebies tasted lovely. Hot choc delicious but needed to be filled up more. Lovely clean shop
