I had asked for a collection and return but could not get one so I was offered a waiting appointment and took that instead, my appointment was at 10.00am I arrived at 09.50am and gave my details and was then told that I would be phoned as when I could collect my car, I said that I had a waiting appointment, the lady at the desk said your booked for a collect when ready appointment, I said that as I had mobility problems, showing my walking stick and that I stayed some distance away I had to wait,the lady said that it would take two and a half hours for a service and there were three in front of me so I said that I would wait, there was a lady waiting and she had booked a waiting application as well but there was no record of it, she had been there since 09.00am, I was taken for my service and eventually left at 12.50, the lady was still waiting for replacement of a faulty tyre pressure detection valve, so check your appointment before you set out to make sure your into the system.

AVOID-AVOID-AVOIDHonda service scam alert! Use another company. Extorting an additional £300-£600I would highly recommend avoiding this place. Was quoted £828 for labour only to install a clutch. True chancers. Have quotes for complete install with materials (OE clutch kit £270, washers £3, MTF £33, clutch fluid £12) from other dealers at £834, which is the standard Honda price. Recently a few raised it to £907. Thought I’d enquire as there’s a bit of a wait, and drive to the Honda Specialist I’ll use, £250 for labour. They’re charging in the area of £1150 for a clutch. Highest Honda specialist quote I received for labour was just under £450. 6 hours labour at £828 is a complete scam. Hope this mob go out of business faster than the money that comes out of their unsuspecting customers pockets.

What is is with sales people that follow you around when you just want to have a look? Every time we stopped for a closer look on a vehicle she was there babbling.
