System fitted yesterday by Martin, Matt and Matt. Arrived on planned date after professional initial assessment by Perri. Installers were polite, friendly, tidy and knowledgeable. The work was completed in good time by a hard working team. So far , so good.

Installation team arrived late with the incorrect parts, 4 days later another one arrived and on inspection had to come back again the next day to redo most of the work. The batteries installed were faulty (from a known faulty batch) and now can’t be replaced for another week. Very poor experience.

Excellent job by Ben, Rob and Kyle today. Panels up, inverter and battery fitted, all with great humour despite the offensive weather!System was explained thoroughly during commissioning. No fuss, no mess. Top job!

I've never written a google review before but after the most appalling customer experience I've had with Infinity renewables I've felt compelled to warn others before deciding to contract with Infinity to have solar panels installed. We decided to purchase solar panels through scheme Mid Sussex CC was running in partnership with Infinity so we had no choice on the supplier to carry out the installation. Thinking the council would have had a robust service agreement in place with Infinity, ensuring a good provision of customer service, it's clear from our experience that this can't be the case.Issues we've encountered with this company:1. Two cancelled installation dates, one the night before meaning lost income.2. Failure to respond to emails and outright rudeness to customers on the phone.3. Failed to complete the installation correctly leaving a loose electric cable over our roof presenting a risk in high winds.4. Had to wait 11 days to have someone out to fix the installation issue.5. Having to live in a house with scaffolding to the roof both front and back for 11 days. Not able to park on our driveway and had to cancel an outdoor family celebration, unless we were planning to eat on the roof!!!After all of the above a numerous calls, the compensation was an additional piece of kit on the installation which we never wanted to start with...I suspect low demand for this add-on meant they had surplus.Proceed with caution before deciding to go with Infinity Renewables!!

Scott and Evan came today and installed our solar panels including the electric cabling. They were amazing - very thorough, very knowledgeable and very helpful. Couldn't fault the service - many thanks to both of you.

Awful customer service. I had the first solar installation done without any issue when part of the Mid Sussex Council Solar Power initiative. But when I called up to book a second survey they took my £150 but after months of chasing, for both the survey and/or the refund, they have ignored pretty much every email or contact attempt. They still owe me money. Next step is trading standards and consumer groups. Stay away and use a different solar company is my advice.

We had our panels fitted in hideous weather by Ben and his team. The install was seamless after problems with the scaffolding company. Ben and his team went above and beyond to support us and keep us informed of what was going to happen. Would totally recommend this team for your install. They are fabulous. Thanks Ben

I had solar panels and battery fitted by Infinity as recommended by Solar Together in Hampshire. I had seen these reviews which do seem to be marmite (love them or hate them) but went ahead with my install.I'm pleased to say I am very pleased with my installation and had no issues. I think the company’s success is the issue and peoples want it now” nature. They seemingly have thousands of installations under their belt

I am another customer that has been transferred to Infinity Renewables on the Solar Together scheme. It is more than a year since I originally paid my deposit under the scheme, so I was delighted that the survey and installation date were set so soon after Infinity Renewables (IR) took over.Perri conducted the survey. He was polite and professional and talked through the recommendation well. When I mentioned hot water, he reviewed the plan and recommended a slightly different set up. The quote and proposed installation date were presented on the spot. 24th June.Three days before the installation was due, I called IR to check everything was OK for the installation. It was...and then it wasn't. The call handler, said that although the date had been recorded, it hadn't been properly recorded by the surveyer. Nevertheless, I was offered a date one week later, 1st July. I wasn't going to be too upset about that.My email arrived confirming the new date This email stated that I needed a SMETS2 (2nd gen) smart meter. No other communication had stated this before. I called British Gas who said that the 1st gen could handle the task. After a few emails and some confusion, I was told the 1st gen was fine if I was exporting to the original installer of the meter. In the meantime, on my original installation date, I receive an email letting me know that my newly agreed date of 1st July had been pushed back to 4th August due to supply problems. This was only 3 days after the 1st July had been offered. I am sorely disappointed by the continued delays. This is compounded by the fact that I am unavailable for the new date.I am updating this to offer credit to Rudi who took time to call me after 6pm to talk through the situation. Explanations don't help with the frustration, but do show that customers are important. It can't have been an easy call to make. The installation occurred on the new date and the installers were excellent. There was a problem with the scaffolding that resolved in time and an item I ordered was not included, but this was sorted quickly. The installers explained everything well and made a good tidy job. All the kit was of high quality and works well except for the diverter supplied to heat the water. This happily flashes heating from solar" whilst sucking huge quantities of electric from the grid. I have disconnected this. I was also disappointed that the system was not installed with the ability to isolate from the grid. This would have allowed us to use the battery if there is a power cut.All in all

The installation team - Kyle, James & Chay - called to say when they would arrive and when they did, introduced themselves to us. Any time they needed to come into the house they removed their shoes without being asked, they were also very polite and easy to work with. They discussed and agreed with us where the 'inside equipment' - Inverter, Batteries and Switchgear was to be located. The cable route was also agreed and arranged so that it was unobtrusive. All in all we are very happy to recommend Infinity Renewables
