Why show a bus going to Brighouse from Halifax new bus station right until the time then remove it..YOU MUST KNOW it's not arriving as it didn't leave previous stops

The only plus about this service is the busses (27) are clean and new. No concept of schedule (taken the bus three times and waited about 40min each time) bus don't arrive anywhere near their scheduled time and the electronic time posting is very inaccurate. Very frustrating, would not ride them except Uber and other services are difficult to book here. On top of that, the drivers are not particularly courteous.

Bus 110 has been disappointing, cancelling is in a different level. Without an alternative

The 636 bus service from Bradford city centre to Clayton is notorious, unreliable, substandard, and always cancelled after 4.30 pm.

The place is a disgrace spent loads money on it but roof still leaks, and there is no cubicles in the gents toilets been like this for a least 3 month

The worst travel company. Buses are all outdated, rattle so loud can't hear yourself think, it's £2 to go even the shortest of distances, their customer service simply doesn't exist. If you can learn to drive, do it.

Worst bus service I’ve ever come across had to get 6 buses today an every single one of them was late an one didn’t even show up had to wait an hour for the next one sort your act out

On many occasions the 508 does not stop at designated stops- 1 in particular on park row, I catch the 6:40 mon- Fri if it turns up or isn’t late occasionally it leaves early - ok traffic can be busy ! But as a passenger & many more waiting at the stop in the station & the bus drives straight past & heads back to Halifax is mind blowing that’s another hour to wait - even the security guard was amazed !! instead of riding back round as a another bus was in the bay the driver decided to go, I reported the incident & nothing no apologies , & then first have the cheek to increase fares , not good CS , now other services are reduced so I now arrive home 9pm - might I add I finish @ 6pm … quicker to travel abroad ,

Used to be 5*, but then replaced the excellent journey planner with the not excellent" Moovit app."

Unreliable!The price of the service is getting more expensive and the quality of the service is getting worse.Constantly waiting longer than estimated for buses. The times of the buses on the app do not match up with the times on the boards in the bus stop. Why am I waiting 30mins for a bus at 8am on a Wednesday morning when it’s such a busy route. Why are all 3 buses that go in the same direction all coming at once? Sort it out metro!
