Lots of people moaning but I think the systems in place are made as simple as possible and the staff are always very helpful when I have a question. Thank you

Most unhelpful, pointless outfit I've ever had to deal with. Staff won't give names when asked for, send back accounts for the most pointless reasons that could be sorted over the phone / with a bit of common sense. Spent so much money sending accounts back and forth. Utter shambles.

I actually found them very helpful and very friendly. A bit of a wait to get someone but less than other government offices so all in all I am happy to call them again should the need arise.

got scammed by them, as well i dont even live in the UK so..lost my money and they dont accept my docx report im sending them in

How can they never answer the phone? What kind of company house is this where you cannot even speak with a real person if you have a problem! Absolute nightmare

Would feel more confident if i could only speak to a member of staff to answer my queries, not everyone are proficient in the use of computers

They can do the basics like get your company on the register, but their communication is awful and woefully inadequate. No public or private outfit would act like this in 2022. It is their status they rely on, and you must press them for everything you need. We submitted our return one day late (in line with HMRC like we do every year) and due to no comminication that letters are no longer sent for with submission dates, you have to create an alert now to get this information.In this post COVID environment they act as though they are above the law and above professional ethics. No warning, no helpful assistance, just customer service people who come across as arrogant and out of touch with reality.

Completely inept. Takes months to answer an email. Terrible service via the phone. Have no ability to enforce. Waste of time.
