Bill has looked after my and my wider family's cars/vans for years. We've always found Bill, Andy and their staff friendly and reliable. Great Value Service and they even do tyres now. I would recommend Bill Lomas without hesitation.

Asked for a full service, quoted £200. Asked if the car would be ready by 12, told it will be no worries. Wasn't ready til 4. Thankfully I asked for a courtesy car last minute or would've missed my clients appointment.Got a call and told it came to £513!! £300 is a bit of a jump. Asked why of course and told the following day it's due to a tyre change, brake pads and disks. Was never called to ask to do them. Completely unaware then charges you. Very unsatisfied and will never return again.

Been here multiple times with different vehicles, work and personal which made no difference to the crew. Each occasion was dealt with professionally and promptly. Unfortunately Bill Lomas doesn’t do body repairs but has some very knowledgeable engineers.

Great garage. It’s a very busy working yard where the garage is but the guys are quite flexible especially if you are able to leave your car with them for the day. They accommodated a late drop or and late pick up for me.

My car blew an injector on my way to a Challaborough holiday. In order to avoid cancelling it. I got Recovery to take me to Ivybridge and get a taxi on. Found Blll on Apple Maps and arrived to find his son working late. Unloaded the car, enquired about a taxi, and was asked if I’d like to borrow one to finish my journey. He apologised that it was nothing special, but that 15-year-old Corsa was a limo to us!! Bill just completed our holiday - on a day 1. Delighted!!

Honest good old fashioned service friendly staff polite and very efficient, prices are very competitive. Bill Lomas is is a character that what you see is what you get, and that is outstanding service I would recommend Bill Lomas Garage to anybody looking for a good motor mechanic.

I had used the garage for many years thinking I could trust them! Don't! I asked them for a simple oil and filter change, on completion who would check a garage's work, after all they were ment to be professionals. Week's after I found the oil cap off, oil everywhere within the engine bay! (The oil cap fits tightly, it could not of shaken loose) I complained, all they did was shrug it off, not even an offer of cleaning the oil from the engine bay let alone an apologyfor ruining an engine quicker. Today I went to do said simple job, only to find oil sump has a split, right by the threads from over tightening, probably from using an air gun to complete their work the lazy way. To the master mechanic that completed this job with all the essential components missing like your brain! Do not use this garage!!

Had a full service and MOT. Told we needed replacement parts that took in excess of 3 weeks to source, and complete the work.Constantly required chasing up as no updates were communicated with us. Overall probably the worst garage I’ve had the misfortune of dealing with, I will not be using in the future nor would I recommend, on the contrary steer clear!
