Fenwick Hall

Attended a function here, hall is a good size, nice clean hall can really be transformed once decorated. Toilets clean, staff accommodating, kitchen a bit on the small side for large functions, Limited parking on site

Nice size, washrooms were decent. Nothing was lacking. Looked lovely when it was all done up.

.I have been calling and emailing and texting for the past 2 days. The number is not responding and just goes to voicemail and no-one has replied to my inquiries made online. Very unprofessional service.

Booked the hall in March and paid my deposit. Was told by Anisa, I could have a bouncy castle and outside space by 3 different members. No response for 2 months. Finally got a response saying my deposit has been lost. Deposit eventually found and told 4 days before the event saying, no bouncy castle and no outside space. Still had to pay full price for half the venue. Lost my money for the bouncy castle due to short notice from the hall about the bouncy castle, which wasn't my fault(halls fault). Booked a new soft play a day before, due to the poor communication. Forked out an extra 290, due to the halls poor lack of communication. Marilia was the only member of staff that helped, so I would suggest asking for her as the others are unprofessional. 1 star goes to her otherwise it would be 0I wouldn’t recommend booking to anyone, unless you don't mind overpaying and losing money with no responses for months

The surrounding area is not the best part of Clapham. It's a lovely venue for a family or community event. Limited parking, around 20 cars. There's a small park attached to it. The venue has a kitchen and a large hall which can be customized. Once inside you can create your own theme.
