Weekly Pilates sessions have been amazing for my body and Charlotte's classes are absolutely perfect for any level. The classes are the perfect size so you get plenty of help when needed! Would recommend to anyone!

Have had both an Osteopath session and a 1on1 Pilates session and both were amazing. Due to having a desk job I have posture issues and Charlotte was able to help with that. Would highly recommend.
