Today i’ve been running just to get there in time, before 10:00PM, when the place was meant to close.I got there at 9:50PM and the doors were locked.I knocked at the window trying to explain to the lady in the picture I attached that I need to buy some urgent stuff to dress a wound from a surgery.She replied to me saying that is 10 a clock and they are closed, but it wasn’t, it was 9:50PM !!!Unfortunately your employees closed the place earlier then the opening hours.Please check the CCTV and make sure your staff do their job properly.Very disappointed !

There is zero point to this store. Never ever any staff unreliable self checkouts that permanently go wrong and no staff to sort it. The amount of people I've seen just walk out leaving the stuff behind is unbelievable. Do everyone a favour boots and close this joke off a store down and let a proper retailer open in its place.

Good store to pick up beauty essentials, especially when travelling. Also great for getting Boots famed Meal Deals. Store is fairly clean and staff are always polite, friendly and helpful.

I've always had excellent customer service in boots it's one of my favorite shops. Unfortunately not today had a rude snobby aggressive lady shout me down over a sandwich I was unaware boots forced they're customers to but almost out of date sandwiches instead of selecting what they want. I prefer to buy my lunches the day before so it makes sence for me to choose a sandwich that's not expiring the same day I buy it the rude woman spike to me like she was speaking to filth very disgusting . Please teach your employees how to talk to customers boots. Very disappointed.

Opening time said 7am the shop was not open, staff wheeling delivery stacks through the station at 7.03 no food in the fridges, staff seem to be annoyed that we’re waiting for them to open but if they did there job correct they would be open :)

The man and girl staff members who were working on shift this evening made me feel incredibly uncomfortable all because I asked if they sell Epsom salts. The man Bluntly said no at me, then while I was looking around they both started talking and staring at me and following me making me feel so embarrassed for absolutely NO REASON!
