Excellent customer service - very friendly and helpful pharmacist and staff! They also had the medication I needed which I have not been able to find in many other pharmacies.

I was served by Mr Kaseem within the presence of the pharmacy principal. During this period of time, he shouted at me, saying “I am up myself”, let me mention that this was done in front of my two girls. He couldn’t answer my question, which simply was what is the purpose of the medication, and instead wanted to give me my prescription back and not provide me with my medication. The most astonishing thing is that this pharmacy always wants me to transfer to their services, however after this experience of terrible customer service that surely won’t be happening!

5 star service from this well-stocked pharmacy. I am a regular customer for vaccines and prescriptions. I arrived having been drenched by a west London monsoon. They offered me an umbrella on the house to get home. Huge thanks. DM

Went beyond the call of duty. My pharmacy didn’t have one item on my prescription so I went into Nashi and they arranged everything so I could get the item dispensed from them. It took a while but they were charming and so helpful!

excellent customer service!! i have been to many pharmacies and the staff interaction has always been very underwhelming.i felt extremely comfortable to ask the members about any concerns, and not only were they very polite and helpful, they provide you with patience which is key.i will definitely only be visiting nishi pharmacy in the future !! big recommendation to everyone out there!

Nashi Pharnacy has been my favourite pharmacy for several years. My husband, my three children and myself buy all our medication there, get prescriptions and vaccinations with Kasim. I love the friendly and knowledgeable stuff and highly recommend the pharmacy.

I don't understand why my lovely local pharmacist has less than four stars. I've been coming here for probably 15 years. They always know if my meds have arrived, they're polite and kind, and the space itself is also beautiful since the renovation. 5 stars from me.

Excellent customer service, I brought my child for a chicken pox vaccination the pharmacist was very funny and delicate. My child left tear free and with a free lollipop. 100% would recommend this pharmacy
