Shelley was amazing, friendly and chatty and such a lovely atmosphere there.I have very thick long hair and the cut she did was super, exactly what I wanted. I love the feel of my hair now and much of the weight has been taken out making it feel so lovely now. Great salon, will definitely be returning.

I couldn't have found a better salon, and hairdresser, to colour my hair in preparation for my upcoming wedding. Faultless experience, from consultation to the process on the day. I so rarely colour my hair, so I was very picky about where and who was to do my hair, but I couldn't be happier with the results Lauren delivered. She was reassuring, explained all the products and process and was just the most lovely, genuine and passionate person. I can't wait to go back!

After going through chemotherapy and losing my hair, when it started to grow back it was a horrible grey colour and odd texture. I waited 7 months before going to hairdressers. I didn’t know what could be done but knew I wanted highlights and a cut as I hated it as it was. Sue was so caring and understanding and explained that she would have to hand paint it with colour as it’s so short. The outcome was amazing and I was so happy (I burst into tears). She promised I’d walk away happy and she was right…..after such a horrible year of cancer treatment, I finally felt confident with my look. The ladies working there are all so lovely and made me relax during my visit. I can’t thank Sue enough!

Shelly was great - she really listened to me and made some good recommendations. I'm really pleased with my cut and highlights! The young lady who washed my hair was lovely too, but I didn't catch her name. Very accommodating and friendly salon - I will be coming back.

I have been going to Zappas every 6 weeks for over 30 years. I wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else. From the superbly talented, professional and friendly owner Steve, to the wonderful staff he employs, there really is no better hair salon. All the staff are incredibly considerate and helpful as well as being particularly expert at making you feel comfortable, confident in their expertise, and always sending you away feeling on top of the world.
