I asked for a bouncy blow dry and I live 5 minutes away from the salon. This is how it looked like when I got home and it was also greasy so I had to wash it again.I completely understand that these things happen and hair is different which is why I asked to do it again and they said to come in the same day which I couldn't as I was leaving the country.I asked for a refund or to do it another day and they only said they'd give me a disccount to do it again.Very disappointed.I wouldn't go there again.

I’ve been coming to Headmasters for years and I can honestly say, they have some of the best hairdressers. I have the fantastically talented hairdresser Jodie who makes washing, cutting, colouring and styling my hair so effortless; it’s beautiful every time and a lovely experience - I rarely book with anyone else. What’s sets Headmasters apart is that they take on-board all comments to give great service. Their VIP hours and regular colour sales make getting longer length hair cut and styled just as affordable as short. Thank you again Jodie!

A week later and my hair is still gorgeous ❤️ . The cut, blow dry and style (though not colour) was done by the lovely Rochelle!Last Saturday, I walked in with no appointment and my hair was seen to straight away! I was very lucky to not only have gotten a great cut but also a hilarious girlie chat with Rochelle! Thank you for making my experience at Headmasters a positive one ⭐️⭐️

I’ve done my hair today with VictoriaShe is amazing and professional and discussed the details with me. And they provided me a covered area because I wear hijab and that was really nice, and the salon is very comfortable place. I’m really happy with the hair color and I booked another appointment.
