Popped into the Pocklington Starbucks (early April to warm up after an afternoon motorcycling (7 degrees C). Friendly staff prepared a delicious hot chocolate with cream. Just what I needed.

Usually ok here ...maybe just busy today and couldn't cope. Sadly no cream on my coffee, a wrong order and a miserable sassy girl serving who didn't want to listen.Next time il go elsewhere!

The slowest Starbucks ever. I come everyday and the ques are mental. Not because it’s busy just because of how slow the staff are at making a drink. I don’t like writing bad reviews but when you have to supper it everyday you can’t not

Smart, modern, clean and spacious. Sits off the A1079 Hull-York Rd, in a complex of other Fuel and food retailers.Plenty of parking outside and relatively quiet inside when I was there. Drive through was busier than insideStandard Starbucks coffee/cakes all tasty. Staff pleasant and approachable.

I've been to Starbucks all over the world. This one was amazing, the service was brilliant. Amazing staff member named Millie who made the best iced coffee I've ever had and was great with our group.

Used the drive through today. Was disappointed with my oat hot chocolate, it was just over half and was not very chocolatey. It tasted like warm oat milk with a hint of chocolate. Very disappointed

Good place to crack out the laptop. Open space. Modern and reasonably well lit but feels empty. Coffee good but expensive and service on a few times I have been is very slow. Tables are often not cleaned, which is a little odd as the place is never really that busy and there is usually three staff on at a time. It does feel a little like an airport version of Starbucks as it is open plan, tiled and a little soul-less. The drive thru is slow. You're quicker going in and ordering your coffee. The cake selection is good but again the cost isn't competitive with Costa (there is a good Costa machine in the adjoining garage where you can get a coffee for £2.50 and sit down in the communal food area. Come on Starbucks. You used to be good at this and now it looks like you're getting greedy and tired. Make a bit more effort on attracting people in. Keep the place clean (basics), drop your prices to be competitive and perhaps care about what you do.

The glare from tall John as I walked in the door, said it all. Certainly service without a smile and absolutely no customer service skills. Doesn’t even look at you let alone interact.One of the few Starbucks, you can’t have a dog in either, rudely turned away on a previous occasion with no help whatsoever. Not taking dogs is one thing, but you could at least be polite and helpful about it..

I'll start by saying I usually like Starbucks. However this place is a dirty shambles.We went on a Sunday afternoon. It wasn't busy.- No tables cleaned. Literally every table in the establishment still had empty recepticles on. Picture as evidence attached.- Poor service. There was a couldn't really care" vibe. Like it wasn't managed and just left to some casual workers. Whilst we were there drinks missed off two other customers orders.We'll be giving this one a miss in the future. It really lets the brand down."
