Came with kids today as a passing by the area. Portions are good, taste is also quite good with tiny bit of improvement on some of the flavours(bubble gum!). Given the ethnic diversity of the area i expected them using different scope portioner for different flavours(alcohol and non alcohol)Service is good, helpful young lady even it did get busy quickly while kids enjoying their ice creams and kept calm. A help from owners or someone would been great for speeding up queue.I would give 5* rating next visit hopefully as kids really loved it.

We went there today - an unplanned but delightful visit. Amazing variety of ice creams and cones. Exceptionally generous portions. We had the pistachio and almond flavour this time - will definitely be going back to try the others. I also think it’s amazing that they sell the ice creams in tubs ready to take home.Very fair pricing! Now just need to find out if they deliver???Great experience & customer service. Thank You x

Just brought two simply mr.whippys and she handed it over half melted and literally tastes of nothing. Never knew someone could get ice cream wrong.

Visited today 25th August at approx 3pm. As I walked in I asked the lady at the counter if the cone ice cream machine was working and she gave me the most horrible look and reply saying why

Halfway through eating my ice cream was a long strand of hair!! The woman serving had gloves but no hair net. Please ensure you maintain basic hygiene standards. I will now only buy the take away tubs due to this. Terrible and off-putting.

I go regulary to get Ice cream as it is good, but today had terrible service from the clueless assistant. She served someone behind me, whilst serving me, which was annoying and didn't even ask me if that was OK, and then had the gall to tell me to hurry up as they needed to close. But worse than this, another family walked in afterwards, and she proceeded to serve them.So no matter how good the ice cream, if your customer service skills leave alot to be desired, then you will no longer be getting my custom.Customers should be treated equally, and preference shouldn't be given to white customers only.

Terrible service received from the rude blonde female employee. Unsure as to why she had such a negative attitude when being asked a simple question about a product and why she continued to talk to me in an unprofessional manner. Will not be returning.

Been there recently. I took pistachio-almond ice cream and my daughter chocolate in chocolate cone. Price was good and ice cream was very tasty. Clean place. Will definitely buy for there again.
