Fantastic, so well looked after . Thank you Cameron for the colour and Rich for an amazing hair cut . Really listened to what I wanted and great suggestions. Jo in reception , nothing too much trouble - can’t recommend highly enough.

Had free haircut, wanted colour but when I booked in (in person) they didn’t do patch test. Turned up on day, they Hairdresser ill, had another one. He obviously couldn’t do colour. Rebooked a 2nd visit 1/2 price (normal not cause of what happened) They called to say Hairdresser sick, so rebooked, called again as they had now left. Went in for full cut and colour finally and when left rang to say over charged me. It was not the high end luxury experience I was expecting. I don’t know if I was just mega unlucky or what. Disappointing as told would be lovely relaxing treat.

Fabulous team, extremely professional and welcoming. Great colour and excellent cut by Erin. I was kept informed of timings which helped with my colour. Good coffee too! Highly recommend a visit.

Had my first visit to Richard John today and to say I was pleased with my cut and blow dry is an understatement. I love it!Annie was really professional and helpful, I absolutely love the time she took and the attention to detail she has. I cannot wait to return for some colour in a few weeks ...Thank you team RJ

I had my hair coloured and cut by Cameron, I was going from dark to blonde. The cut is one of the best I've ever had and I am so pleased with the colour. Cameron was a lovely young lady, who explained each stage of the colouring process and was very patient with me asking so many questions. I would highly recommend Cameron and will certainly be going back. All the staff were friendly and welcoming.

Had an excellent experience at The Academy. The staff are all so lovely. Welcomed with a coffee and a biscuit and treated with great kindness. Lily was brilliant, she looked after me and put me at ease. Jason was teaching and did a fantastic job. Overall I would very much recommend Richard John Hair Academy. My first time in a hairdressers rather than a barbers and I’m so pleased I made the jump. Well done Lily for doing such a wonderful job.

Helen cuts my hair and is very good. Seniors can book app for dry trim at £15. Fantastic value.
