We approached Myles to design a large 2 story extension and exterior revamp of our house, throughout the planning phase he was very easy to deal with and we loved his design ideas, he was happy to incorporate any suggestions we had and definitely helped create the perfect home for our family. Now that the project is complete we couldn’t be happier with the home he has helped us to create, the light and space are perfect and it’s now a wonderful building that suits our family life and looks incredible both inside and out. Myles at Focus Architecture has been fantastic! Always listening to what we wanted as clients, but then using his knowledge and experienced eye to hone and refine those course ideas into a high quality and professional design. Bringing these designs to ‘life’ with superb rendering really helped us visualise the project and we’ve referred back to those renderings so often when spec’ing the fixtures and fittings for the project as it progressed. We couldn’t rate Myles and Focus Architecture more highly and have gone on to use them for 2 further projects without entertaining the idea of going anywhere else! Myles did the plans and planning application for my garage extension to be used as a home gym. We live in a conservation area, so it was important to know what the council would be looking for in order to gain permission first time. Myles’ experience is vast and enabled us to get full permission first time of asking. His contacts in the industry for the build and completion of the project made the whole process nice and easy and we couldn’t be happier with the look and final building we now have.

Myles did a great job of updating my existing planning permission for a new build with something a bit more refined.
