Fantastic service from contacting them on Monday about a leak on a shower pump installed around 12 years ago by another company.They responded quickly and arranged to come out later in the day to look at the job.They returned a couple of days later and installed a new part.Also replaced flusher unit on spare toilet.Was kept informed throughout and the guys who came were friendly and professional.Office staff also 5 star!Would not hesitate to recommend and will definitely use this company again .

I googled for a emergency plumber, and this company came up. I read the reviews, and then rang up. It is -5° and 8:07 pm and the person I rang for had no heating whatsoever. I spoke with a chap called Paul who sent somebody out straight away, they arrived within half an hour diagnosed that the problem was a gas meter problem, and only charged the callout. Excellent service. Would recommend and use again.

We had a leak in a digital shower pump. Gibson's sourced a new pump and turned up as arranged to fit it with three engineers. Very professional and friendly. They had researched which pump was most suitable for our installation and made sure everything was balanced properly before they left. Would well recommend and will be using them again.

When Mark came around to do the job he was also friendly and professional and I’m really happy with the work he did for us.

Fixed a leak in my parents’ bathroom. They were delighted with the job being done so well at great value for money. They’d already been ripped off the day before by some cowboy who hadn’t even tried to fix the job so it was great that they were able to find a trusted tradesman to do the job properly! Cheers.
