My wifi wasn’t working for multiple days, tried turning it off and on again, tried plugging it back in and nothing was working. Got in touch with a young man named Herbie helped fix my wifi very quickly and efficiently. Kind of embarrassed I didn’t try anything he recommended me to do. Always great support from BDR.

Reporting an issue on behalf of several users in our organisation. This issue was impacting on daily activities and affecting the workflow. Jack Thomas of BDR was great problem solver. He listened and understood the issue. Jack resolved the issue for me during my first contact. Then went on to set up a process which will allow him to fix the issue for other users. I had been experiencing issues with my internet service for the past couple of weeks, making it quite unreliable. Every time i attempted to load something, my browser or apps would fail. However my experience took a positive turn when i reached out to the BDR Group. I was connected with a young man named Herbie, who proved to be incredibly polite and helpful. He was swift and to the point, wasting no time in resolving my issue. I’m immensely grateful for the outstanding service i received BDR.
