We've just used Eves Building services to complete a bathroom renovation, including: ripping out and disposing of the old suite, plumbing, electrics, new door and door frame, plastering, tiling and decorating.John and his team were brilliant and really profession, from the point of coming to quote for the work, right up until the end. John has an eye for detail and will pick up on things other people won't and will, find a solution to any aspect of the job. Nothing was too big or too small a job for him, and every decision made was made by us, with options and reccomendations if requested. We have a 2 year old that's into everything, the team went above and beyond to make sure the room was safe every evening. They were really tidy throughout and respectful of our house. Can't thank John and his team enough!

Eves building services were recommended through a friend - from the day we met to discuss our new bathroom we had confidence in the team. Not only were they honest, they came up with great ideas & we were able to tailor what we wanted for our budget. Always here on time, always cleared the work area when finished for the day, very reliable , easy to talk to and great at problem solving. They clearly have a wealth of experience & knowledge. The standard of work and advice we were given was unmatched. They are a total find, and we already have them booked in for carpentry work in coming weeks. We cannot recommend them enough.

John and his team have done lots of work on my house in Northfleet recently including decorating, tiling and completely overhauling the front garden. They even put up some shelves for me. I will be using them for all future works, friendly and professional service

I recently had John and his Team complete downstairs chimney breast removal in my lounge. The work was carried out whilst I was on holiday, and despite this being a really dusty job, John left the place as clean as possible for my return. From the onset, nothing was too much trouble and John liaised with the Structural Engineer and Building Controls to ensure work was carried out to a high standard.Communication was brilliant - any questions l had were answered promptly and with explanation. I was literally dreading this building works being undertaken, but the service provided by John ensured that it went smoothly and without any complications. We have recently had John complete some building work in our home. From the moment I contacted John I was so impressed with his communication, turning up to quote exactly when he said and responding with the quote timely. With these first impressions, I knew I wanted John to do the work. We had our chimney removed internally, a wall taken out and stud work done. John worked around me and my young family when we went on holiday to compete the work and this was so helpful to us. Even when completing the work, anything he needed to check or issues that came up, he would contact me immediately. Coming home to a 99% finished project, I was so impressed with the work carried out and the professional finish. We will be having John back to complete the next stage of our renovations and wouldn’t hesitate in recommending him to anyone.

Highly recommend John and team - had them remove our chimney stack from the centre of our house, did a great job, high quality finish (structural, plastering, electrics), worked clean and to budget. Lovely guys and trustworthy. Best thing is that when John says he will be round, he turns up on time! Very respectful of the client, and could not be happier with the outcome. John was very helpfully giving ideas about the decorating that we wanted carrying out and a lighting solution as the previous lighting made the hallway and landing appear dark . There was lots of wood chip wallpaper to be removed from the walls which is not the most favourite thing for builders or decorators but John and Paul removed this without an issue and re-plastered the walls . Always tidied up after themselves and a very professional finish to the paintwork, also very happy with the new internal doors as well .

We have recently July/August 2023 had a full bathroom renovation carried out by John and his team. The old bathroom was completely stripped and replaced with a modern double shower, sink and toilet. It was fully tiled floor to ceiling.The work of John and his team was meticulous and clean and they were very considerate of mobility issues the lady of the house had at the time! They were polite and considerate in every way and their work was outstanding and we would highly recommend them and look forward to having them return in the future on other projects.

We recently had John and his team complete works at our home. From the moment I sent John an email enquiring about a quote, he was responsive, on time and always kept me up to date if he was running late. John also accommodated a tight timeline we had, and did everything in his control to make sure they finished in time. John was also honest and open about costs and how we should do things. So much so he recommended we replace our boiler, even though he would not profit out of it at all. I found John to be very honest.The team that was on site day to day were nothing short of amazing. They were polite, friendly and always cleaned up at the end of the day. They were also friendly and patient with our dog who insisted on saying hello every morning, and occasionally did site inspections!We are beyond happy with the work we did - it’s even better than we could have ever expected.I would 1000% recommend John to anyone, and will definitely use Eves Building Services when we do other improvements in our home.
