Not wonderful, I'm afraid. Not interested in quoting for a replacement of complete double glazed pane in a roof light - told me to go back to whoever installed it - even though the window opens into the room and no ladder work required. Have no idea who installed it, here when we came 15 years ago. Disappointing.

Loved everything about my windows. Easy service too, ever so helpful chaps with a lot to talk about. I was offered a coffee and a hand full of grapes. I recommended this company, no job is too big. I just love them so much.
