Ordered a Hamster Cage Last Monday and was told to wait for a confirmation date on shipping to find out a delivery time. Waited a couple of days and still nothing, then emailed them 4 times to get an update and no reply to any of them. Eventually I got a reply saying I've been refunded after a week of holding my money, no sorry, no explanation. What an absolute waste of my time

Beautiful selection of animals. Wonderful father and son run shop. Mick is a wonderful man and his son Dean is too. Very friendly and very knowledgable on the animals they sell. Lovley clean shop and it dont smell like others I've visited. Wonderful shop 10/10 for Pets Bizarre. Thankyou guys for all the help over the years

Lovely pup male cheerful endless energy and brave. Very cheap! Now 12 yrs, bit of a record age and health wise and still alive! Bought 12 yrs ago, excellent staff. Big dog size wise, for small breed, happy customer
