Annie’s Ibiza - London

Plenty of reviewers liking this shop i see by the reviews, but I felt a bit like the staff only want young, size 6 models coming through the door. One of the assistants did acknowledge me but the owner looked shocked when I walked in and it made me uncomfortable.

Further to the below, Annie herself got in touch with us to apologise for the customer service breakdown. She also offered us cash compensation to make up for it.I accepted her apology and accept that she has tried to make things right~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~We have been frequent shoppers at Annie's, but won't be spending any more money with them. Their products are good and innovative, but their customer service is less than zero. Despite being a regular customer, they nickel and dimed us over a mistake that they made and tried to turn into our fault. I couldn't care less about the money, but was completely turned off by their disrespect and their refusal to do the right thing.

Annie and team were incredibly nice for allowing my girls to try on so many amazing dresses today in your store. They had a wonderful time and it may well be the highlight of our trip! The staff was exceptionally kind to us and just really nice to be around. Wish you only continued success with your store and I know the girls will be dreaming of many of the dresses.

Annie's has some great pieces, that's for sure. But I was really disappointed in their lack of customer service. I walked in and there were 4 employees who spent their time chatting to each other. I was barely acknowledged other than an initial hello from one employee. Whilst walking around their store and looking for a dress for an upcoming wedding, it felt odd that no one had asked me what I was looking for, whether I wanted any help etc. It's a shame because if they had made an effort and acknowledged me, it's more likely I could have ended up purchasing something. But with the icy atmosphere and clear lack of acknowledgement, and what felt like judgement, I didn't want to be in there. The store had one other customer so there was all the opportunity for them to come over. Zero customer service effort and a disappointing experience. Won't be returning.

I’m so in love with this store!!!I have been following them on Instagram for a while and decided that I needed to visit while I was in London. I was a little nervous to go in because many high end boutiques dismiss you as a possible client if your not a size 6. But as soon as I walked in I was treated like a princess. The staff were so kind and helpful, it felt like trying on dresses with friends! I ended up buying the most beautiful dress and I hope to come back again soon!

I love Annies!! My favourite shop in London. I feel like a VIP the second I walk in the door. No where else in London has this look, feel, incredible outfits and fantastic customer service.

Annie’s is truly one of the most magical stores out there, and it’s much more than a store - it’s a fashion museum that inspires you the moment you walk in.I went there to find an after party dress for my wedding but ended up finding my actual bridal dress! The staff are all just the nicest, have the best style and will treat you like a princess.Thank you for the best experience! ❤️❤️

I stepped into Annie's Ibiza, with some trepidation, being an old Grandpa, not that used to the Carnaby spirit, looking for something for my daughter. Well what a revelation, the staff could not have been more attentive, more helpful or more fun. Thank you Annie's so much.... I left with a huge smile on my face and a very large, bright Orange bag containing 'Just what she wants' !

The shop may stock little jems pieces, but the assistant in the shop just put off customers not welcoming at all. I don’t even bother to stay longer.
