Na última quarta-feira fui conhecer a Padoca com uma amiga. Quando entramos no local, uma atendente nos disse: what can I get for you? Eu mal tinha visto o que tinha disponível e ainda estava olhando as opções e procurando pelo menu. Sendo assim, eu distraidamente, não respondi. Ela repetiu a pergunta e eu disse: estou decidindo o que pedir.Perguntei onde estava o menu. Ela não gostou. Logo em seguida, ela disse que eu precisava decidir. Foi então que perguntei porque ela estava me tratando daquele jeito. E ela disse que eu tinha sido rude. Não entendi. Eu mal tinha entrado no estabelecimento. Sequer fui rude.Em seguida, pedi a outra funcionária que me ajudasse com o menu e perguntei se tinha pão na chapa. Ela disse que sim e, como tinha uma pessoa na minha frente, esperei ela ser atendida para fazer meu pedido. A atendente, então, ao invés de me atender, foi até a cozinha, comentou algo com a outra funcionária, veio até a mim e disse: eu não vou te atender. Get ouf of here.Fiquei sem entender, tentei dialogar, ela sequer me deixou falar, a outra funcionária mal parecia interessada em ajudar a resolver. Calou-se. Ela começou a ficar agressiva, aponto o dedo na minha cara e eu saí. Fiquei ainda na frente do lugar chocado com o que tinha acontecido e a mesma funcionária, exaltada, estava contando a um cliente que tinha entrado acabado de entrar no local, a versão dela. Esse mesmo cliente ainda veio gritar comigo na calçada porque eu não saí da frente do local. Eu sequer sabia o que iria fazer, porque estava decidindo para onde eu iria para comer. Pensei em tirar uma foto do estabelecimento, da calçada, o que é totalmente permitido. Peguei meu celular para tirar uma foto que postaria no Google Review. Fui ameaçado por esse cliente. Ele berrou, ameaçou tirar meu celular. Eu não tirei a foto.Em seguida, uma cliente regular, saiu do local e veio falar comigo e com a minha amiga. Disse ter ficado chocada com o que tinha acontecido, que frequentava o local há muito tempo e explicou que a funcionária que fez aquilo era, então, a nossa sócia do local. Então, me pergunto: como uma pessoa se dispõe a atender o público com uma atitude dessa? Não, ela não disse bom dia. Não, ela não foi educada ao dizer “what can I get for you”. Soou ríspida, aliás. Eu sequer tinha conseguido ver onde estava o menu quando ela já estava alterada.Criar um negócio demanda tempo, dinheiro, dedicação. Imagino que tenha sido um sonho realizar esse projeto. No entanto, como fazer um negócio de sucesso, próspero, quando os clientes são tratados desse jeito? Outros já foram mal tratados desse jeito? Talvez eu nunca saberei e tampouco estou interessado.Deixo esse review para alertar os clientes que eles correm o mesmo risco que eu: ser expulso e ameaçado.Vale a pena correr o risco para provar a comida? Imagino que não, né? Nunca saberei porque fui expulso e não consegui provar.Boa sorte aos clientes que se deslocarão até o local.P.s.: acabei de ver que responderam meu comentário. Sim, eu pedi ajuda a outra funcionária para ver o cardápio. Minha amiga sussurou que a funcionária era estupida? What??? Não, eu não fui rude e agressivo desde o começo. Quem fez isso foi a dona.. Pena que as imagens não podem ser transmitidas aqui para mostrar a verdade. Vocês estão mentindo sobre os fatos. Sim, o cliente gentil" gritou comigo. Eu ameacei clientes? O que? Isso só pode ser uma grande piada."

Proper Brazilian (from the state of São Paulo) bakery. You should try!! Not very many available edits though, so you might want to get it to take way. There are some specialists such as toast French bread (with butter) with Brazilian cream cheese (either toasted cream cheese or added in the end), it is a must. Always try the pão de queijo as well!

A favourite of mine. One of the few places I can find Brazilian baked goods that actually taste like they do in Brazil. Lovely atmosphere and decor with excellent and smiley service.

Great little Brazilian bakery on Finchley Road serving very tasty, classic and comforting savoury and sweet baked Brazilian food. Came here for a late breakfast with not really knowing what type of food a classic Brazilian bakery would have. Everything we ate here really hit the spot, they have amazing tasting bread and buns here which they use in their savoury and sweet items in which you'll find a nice selection to choose from. The ham and cheese sundaba (I think that's what it was called) is packed full of filling and the croquette is one of the best we've had.If you're unsure on any of the foods, the owners and staff are very happy to talk you through them. They serve Notes coffee here which goes very well with anything that you order. Very good prices and very efficient service.Anyone wanting to try this type of Brazilian food, they should definitely give Padoca a try as I can see them becoming very popular with the locals.

One of my favourite bakeries in London, just because they are Brazilians and have all I like to eat. Pudim, brigadeiro, dulce de leche, coxinha, etc. you can find all here. Their pao de queijo (Brazilian cheese bread) it is not to my like, but their sweets are very nice. You can find Brazilian coffee as well more to our like of breads. It is always my stop when I go visit friends in the area

I’ve been there a couple of times for takeaway the place looks nice and clean, I usually order through Uber Eats and my orders always come well packed. It’s the true Brazilian bakery and the only place that sells heart of palm empadinhas (they’re absolutely delicious). The sweets are also amazing.

This place feels like we are in Padaria in Brazil! The service is always amazing , Carol & Claudia does an amazing job, they don’t only cook but also take care of their customers! Thanks for giving a us a bit of taste of Brazil! ❤️

Every time I visit Padoca, it was great vibes: warm greetings and smiles and delicious bakeries alway cheer me up for my day.Also just want to point out the details - even one single item, it will be carefully packaged and sealed, and attached with the sticker.How lucky I am to live around it and be a neighbour to this cute bakery! Recommend you come and try!
