Forgot to write “Happy Birthday” and no able to do it on shop offering me £2 refund. In addition I didn’t ask any macarons or Lotus biscuits on top of the cake cause my wife hate them both. Not professional at all. At least cake was good.

ordered a cake from here on uber eats, cake was completely stale and likely been on display for 5 days. paid £7 and refused a refund. it’s ridiculous how a cafe can sell this kind of quality to their customers. very disappointed.

Love this place. I come here to buy sweets and Arabic cakes.Very good coffee tasting.To customer service by AHMED smiling guy at all times.I always feel welcomed and get treated well.Best place for arabic cakes.

The time you enter to the shop,you see how they are clean and the shop smell is amazing.I was serviced by Ahmad who has a good smile while getting my order so once you come to visit ask about him so you can receive the service you target.Thank you Ahmad for everything done today.

Extremely poor quality.Ordered two pieces of deserts both were stale and flavourless. Tasted three days old at least. The place is also overpriced. Almost 9 pound for two pieces of desert destined for the bin.Shameful.
