Affordable , friendly staffs, good location and facilities are well maintained.

The location here is just nice for students studying in Imperial College and Royal College of London as they're just around 30 mins walk. Plus Tesco and Sainsbury are just 5 mins walk from here. The staffs and housemates here are also cordial and friendly.But it's highly not recommended if you opt for basement room. I can't really get the sunlight and it makes the room quite dark and gloomy the whole day. I think this room is pretty near to foul sewer so unfortunately I have to endure the terrible smell of the sewage everyday, it's honestly so unbearable.In fact, you can't really make any single noise here after 11pm(even playing guitar and chatter with your friends) because when living in the basement, the sound will duplicate and penetrate through the wall to the neighboring houses. Warden always has to knock on my door room asking me to shhh down even it's not even noisy at all! The mattress here is just so uncomfortable as if like you're lying on stacks for springs. so if you opt for any other rooms, it's better to buy extra comforter or mattress to protect your back. the study desks are also really small and there's isn't much space to put your books and laptop whilst studying. I'm hoping beaumont house management will take these issues into account.

I very much enjoyed my time at Beaumont house in which I lived for 4 years. I only moved out because I was leaving London. The house was always very clean and quiet and whenever there was an issue it was solved super quickly and the staff is very friendly. The location is amazing with many restaurant, shops and bars around and only 5 min walk to the park. Also just a 25 min walk to Imperial College (through the park). Considering the location and the overall rents in London, it was very reasonable priced including WIFI, laundry and all other fees already. Highly recommend! Thanks a lot to the team for the great time I had there :)

I've lived here for 2 years and only had to move out because I'm about to go on my year abroad. But I'm hoping to return as this place is just awesome! Staff is always friendly and helpful and you will always be able to meet new people. :) I've definitely made a few friends here. Also, it was always quiet here at night which is something I rarely experienced when living elsewhere in London. Any issues you might have are addressed promptly and will be resolved in the best way possible. Highly recommend!

It was ok no cooked breakfast witch I thought was naff especially when they were serving meals in pubs I think they used coving as a excuse

I'm living in the studio at top floor. Although a little oldish, it is a nice place to stay.

I lived at Beaumont for a year and I had the best time! The location is perfect, the room had everything I needed and the staff was always ready to help! I couldn't have chosen a better place to live while doing my master's degree.

Was staying here for 1 year while doing my postgraduate degree. It was a lovely time. Staffs are extremely nice and helpful (especially Lina) who assist us with everything. The building is quite new and well-maintained. The location is 5-star, we can reach any part of London in no time. Bayswater & Queensway tube station are just steps away, serving the circle, district, and central lines.Other tenants living here were also pleasantly nice, I made a few best friend for life here. Long story short, I think I will always have a special attachment with this place. The experience of living here for 1 year was certainly one of the best life experience I have ever had! :)

Great location, nice room, friendly staff, good service - highly recommendable!

HORRIBLE. Poor hygiene, with spores in the bathroom, and an old, stained and dirty mattress. It certainly did not match with the pictures on the website or those shared by management. Would not recommend to anyone
