Dealt with this little gem of a shop for years, bought a new Nikon Zfc last year and bought a spare battery, had a issue with the battery.Popped in yesterday and it was all sorted by Simon, no quibble.This is most probably why they've seen off some of the big camera stores over the years and are still there, going strong and with excellent knowledgeable staff.I would definitely recommend these to any budding photographers or experienced photographers.You won't go far wrong with this little shop.

Ordered a new camera from LCE and my order was pinged to the Gloucester branch to fulfill. I received a very kind phone call from Nigel shortly after the order was placed to advise my address had come though without a number (many other companies would have shipped to the address entered, I've had it before). Not only did Nigel ensure it was going to make it to me, he managed to get it out on the same day (which wasn't an expectation I had) and it arrived less than 24 hours after placing the order. Cannot fault their service - bought a second hand camera online marked as good quality, I would easily rate it excellent. They must be really strict to only mark this as good. Free next day shipping was on point too!Will be ordering from these bunch again. 10/10

After much fruitless and confusing searching online, we decided to pop in to get some human advice on binoculars. We spoke to two staff members who were both very knowledgeable and happy to help us. They answered all our questions (we are novice birdspotters!) and allowed us to try several pairs for comfort and usability. We bought a fantastic pair which came in below our initial budget and the service we received was excellent. We would recommend them to anyone looking for advice on entry level or more advanced purchases of equipment.

Friendly staff and lots of patience, were really helpful as we wanted photos of 2 kids with special needs who kept moving away.

I have very good experience as had a camera and accessories which I wanted to sale and did not know where to take it as I had a couple of online valuations which seem low.The guy was very thorough in checking the camera and the accessories, then offer more than the online valuation.As It was over a certain amount it had to be paid by bank transfer which he say it would take up to 3 days but if not come back in a week but the next morning it was in my bank account.Very pleased with the service that I received form LCE.
