We went to a number of local Gloucester kitchen design and fit businesses and found Masterpiece to provide the best quality one stop shop" service. The staff are always knowledgeable and helpful and were able to suggest design ideas and solutions to suit our requirements. The fitters were all excellent - everybody turned up exactly when they said they would and did what they said they were going to do. The workmanship was good and they took pains to keep us with a working kitchen for as much of the project as possible. We are thrilled our new kitchen."

Our ensuite and family bathrooms in an old house in Gloucestershire dated from when we moved in 1990. Masterpiece interiors helped us understand the quality fittings and materials available and design the rooms to bring us up to date but with a balance of tradition. Some interior building and bespoke joinery work was involved along with significant upgrading of our plumbing system. We wouldn’t have known what to do without the technical knowledge and practical capabilities of the the Masterpiece team involving all trades. Plumbing, electrics, joinery, tiling etc. All working with each other, very professional friendly people dealing with the problems and detail as the work progressed and avoiding disruption to the house as much as possible.

About a year ago went in and spoke to a helpful salesman and arranged a visit but no one turned up.Fast forward to now thought I’d give them a second chance because mistakes happen - this time had a visit and told they’d get us back inTo view plans but 6 weeks later heard nothing so unfortunately can’t recommend

Nathan will spend hours, if necessary, discussing all the options and the visual software they use is very realistic, so you can see exactly what the finished result will be.The build/fit quality is exceptional; David only uses the best people and he project manages with a wealth of knowledge and great expertise. The team are highly skilled in their respective trades and take great pride in their work. They are also extremely friendly and sociable which is always a pleasure when having to share your home with them for several weeks! Any existing problems will be put right, so you know everything behind walls and under floors is of the best quality, which reflects the high spec finish that you see at the end of the job. This is why we love Masterpiece Interiors and will always come back to them.

We could not have had a better outcome after dealing with Masterpiece Interiors. Nathan and his team were extremely helpful and professional in everything they did. We used Masterclass kitchen furniture, and the quality is of the highest standard and the delivery from them was faultless, taking their time to offload the items. The initial design was for a large area, and as this was first time my wife and I had planned such a big kitchen the input from Masterpiece was imperative. They were so helpful and their knowledge was unlimited. We, of course, had an idea of what we wanted but with their expertise they guided us in the right direction to our finished project. We could not praise them enough and thanks to them entirely we now have the kitchen of our dreams.

The quality of the goods, equipment and workmanship as well as attention to detail are the best I have known. The design team is always sensitive to my needs, aims and context, thereby ensuring my hopes are realised. I have used them for kitchen and bathroom redesign and fitting and will be very happy to use them again should the need arise.

Having worked alongside Masterpiece Interiors (as electrician) during two successful kitchen projects for my son and his partner, they were an obvious choice for us when it came to our own refurbishment project. They are very knowledgable of the products they sell, which are not the cheapest available, but considering the quality, they represent good value for money in a very competitive market. Nathan and his team in the showroom are friendly and very professional, keen to deliver what you want, but always able to offer advice and solutions if required. Likewise David, who is very experienced, ensures his team of fitters work to his exacting standard of workmanship and attention to detail. Our kitchen installation was completed on time, it was exactly what we wanted and there were no unexpected additional costs. We would not hesitate to use them again and would happily recommend them.
