Friendly, professional helpful staff, a wide range of carpets and flooring at reasonable prices, along with a large selection of remnants. You are able to take samples home to see if they work for you, and they will also send someone to measure if required. Also had our carpets fitted, again very friendly fitters who finished the job to an excellent standard. Definitely recommend a visit

These guys are absolutely amazing! We needed flooring for the entire house after a renovation. 80 sqm of the hard flooring and 40 sqm of carpets. We went to quite a few companies for quotes, big and small, but Harts won us over by their enthusiasm for our project, utter professionalism from start to finish, great price and just a great sense of humour and approachability. Steve is wonderful with coming up with different solutions for what we needed and introducing us to Karndean flooring, which turned out to be the best solution for us and a brilliant product which looks great in the house. Dan the fitter was a pleasure to work with, really great guy and we would thoroughly recommend the company. From placing the order to actually finishing all the flooring it took 2 weeks, whilst other companies were quoting us for 2-3 months' time! Thank you Harts, we will forever be grateful for the wonderful flooring we have in our house! All the best!

Such a treat to deal with a company in person and on the phone. No apps, passwords or online forms to fill in. We were kept up to date at all stages by telephone and the fitters were friendly polite and efficient. The help and advice from start to finish was exemplary. Very Impressed with all the service I received from shop staff, fitter and the man who came and measured up. He explained in great detail what was going to happen from start to finish. Even the fitter was very prompt and didn't even stop for a break. We had another company come and give me a quote, but he didn't even introduce himself and was in the house about 7 mins. Would recommend Harts Carpets.

We have used Harts for several houses over the past 7 years and have found them to be excellent. The service has been fantastic and the quality is great. We went to Carpet Right as a comparison and Harts matched the price but with better quality carpet. Will be using them in future.
