Just had my buisness phone and broadband moved over to these guys. Really impressed with the new set up. Got good signal all throughout the site now which we've always struggled with and super fast stable Internet now.Very professional system and easy to use .Highly recommended

Be very careful they add items with free trials to your account then bill you when you don’t cancel the free trial without even contacting you was great when it was telesis I won’t be renewing with them again

Very pleased with my new Cloud-based phone system and Fibre To The Premises FTTP internet from Firstcom, Anthony and the team have been fantastic, there was no downtime on transition. He advised that even though we were not on the imminent Openreach rollout for FTTP they could organize it and they did. The phone system is saving us so much time as it dissuades nuisance callers, and allows us to run the office remotely from anywhere. It's cheaper and I can even open the door remotely!Many Thanks Firstcom

Should be able to give minus stars. People be aware of the rolling 5 year contracts that you don't get notice of and get locked into even when not using their services. underhand business practices

BUYERS BEWARE!Just been informed that after paying our business direct debit for 63 months and now wanting to cancel, we are in a ‘rolling contract’ which will cost us over £6000 to get out of OR, we can carry on paying for a service we no longer require for another 5 YEARS! They also require 90-120 days notice to end your contract. If you’ve taken out a contract with this lot please make a note in your diary when said contract finishes as they won’t ask if you want to continue. These guys are total rip off merchants. My company reference is PAAM001if you want to bother responding Firstcom.

We recently had our phone system upgraded to VoIP with Firstcom. From the original contact they have been extremely helpful and very easy to contact. The appointments were all very efficient and on-time. The couple of teething issues that we had were very quickly dealt with and everything has been running smoothly since. I would definitely recommend Firstcom Europe.

Firstcom Europe provided an excellent upgrade to our old BT leased Analogue copper lines. The new system uses a Cloud based platform that rendered the BT Lines obsolete saving money every month, not only that there are no call charges. An app on our mobile phones allows us to make and take calls from them as if we were in the office. The desk top and cordless hand sets provided are good quality and reliable. The installation process was stress and trouble free and we had zero downtime during the change over. The commissioning engineers explained very fully the use of the apps and equipment. We are very satisfied with the new system.

5 star service every time. We've been with Firstcom for few years and recently had an upgrade of the telephone system. The process was perfectly managed from start to end with excellent communication during and after installation.
