I've now come to Chung WA for a few years. I choose Chung WA mainly because of my favourite Singapore-style vermicelli, but the kids also love egg-fried rice with chicken- today they enjoyed chicken/cashew nut, the spring rolls and onion rings.What I like about Chung WA, is that the food feels like home cooked food (if you know how to cook south-asian) and I have always felt happy with service too

One of the worst Chinese I've had. Everything tasted either fishy or like plastic, the chicken was nearly unedible and the starters i could have bought from tesco for 1/3 the price.

Fantastic Chinese portions were amazing and the food was outstanding I've been eating Chinese a while and never found a decent one and this one is round the corner from us! Will be treating ourselves more often!

Can’t reiterate enough how much the quality of ingredients, service and delivery time are so good, value for money and very amenable to adapt a dish to your taste , brilliant! Brilliant! Brilliant! Ordered from here for years , had to cut back in the last year because of cost of living but , but highly recommend x

Yummy takeaway. Everything spot on except the duck, cucumber and spring onions were very dry.Ordered salt and pepper chips, small egg fried rice, dry special chow mein, sweet and sour chicken, dry mixed veg, curry sauce and aromatic duck.

Oh dear. Such a shame .What's gone wrong. The vermicelli was cold and the prawn toasts, usually delicious and full of prawns. Hardly any prawns, some sort of sauce and tasted sour.Really disappointing.

Delivery came in good time and was provided with some prawn crackers and fortune cookies, which was very kind. Unfortunately the quality of the actual food was really disappointing. Nothing was burnt or cooked incorrectly, but all the noodle and side dishes came with an excess of corn starch thickening which resulted in an unappealing gloopy texture. It also overwhelmed the flavours and seasoning, making the food taste quite bland. Perhaps we got unlucky with a bad batch, but it was a consistent issue across three separate items. I really don't like grumbling but hopefully this is an easy fix.
