Didn't enjoy the experience, the staff have no idea on food handling for food allergies as they did not change their gloves at each sandwich creation. I suffer from an onion allergy and was given a strange look when I asked them to change gloves after watching them handle onions on a previous order. This made me leave without a sandwich. Might I suggest if the staff don't like serving the public they might want to seek alternative employment as a smile goes a long way.

I've never really considered reviewing a franchise eatery before as the experiences are not usually eye-opening and don't tend to hold much weight when they can potentially be everyday occurrences for some. However, the experience I just had at this Subway was worth reviewing simply for the service I received from Vanessa. Somehow, in the couple of minutes it took to complete my order she'd managed to build a rapport with me through humour, provided a good product through her care for detail and ultimately left me smiling and happy with my choice to eat there as I left the counter.A true credit to her store.

Very good service, staff are lovely, the only reason why im giving 4 stars is because they didn't have one ingredients that I wanted that they normally sell, but it's understandable that places run out of stock
