Got in touch with Michael and the team for my car non starting, after having had one mobile mechanic (who wasn't able to fix it) and a number of local garages all alleging destruction and havoc but not taking the job either, I phoned Michael who promptly helped me with a diagnosis, finding the problem and finally with very honest rates. Been looking for a place / mechanic like this for years! Had a resonator delete done which has thankfully let my eco friendly ulez compliant supercharged V8 sound like it should have when it left the factory! All done in no time with by a clear petrol head who's extremely passionate about his work. Will be my go to garage for any modifications going forward. Thank you!

Took my GTI in to Michael last week from which I hoped was a small repair was needed coming from an engine rattle… turns out the car needed major repairs. From the moment I was told the diagnosis I knew I could trust the knowledge and experience from Michael and proceeded to go ahead having just bought the car privately. The car required many hours of labour and I could tell he worked extremely hard to get the car right again. He went above and beyond and i’m very grateful for the effort that went in.Videos were sent during the process to help you understand the mechanics, I could tell he is the sort of mechanic you can put your trust in. Highly recommended for any car repairs (especially VW), you will leave the garage in high confidence that your car is properly fixed with high quality parts, great service and not a ridiculous bill at the end.

I've been taking my cars (audi s4 and bmw 3 series) to Micheal for over 2 years he has always provided an excellent service very professional. He always keeps you updated with photos of the progress of any work. Very knowledgeable and skilled and able to work on all types of cars. 10/10

Michael was highly recommended to me when my Volkswagen Golf had a gearbox issue. He was incredibly professional, sent me videos and photos of the whole diagnostic process, found the issue quickly (it was a much smaller problem than I’d feared!) and got it all fixed within a few days for what I think was a great, fair and transparent price. This was my first experience with a car needing a problem fixed and I’m so grateful to have found such a friendly and knowledgable mechanic. I will certainly be returning for any future car troubles and I don’t hesitate in fully recommending Promod Works to anyone!

Michael’s put the widest smile on my face. I came with an idea for my exhaust and he gave his recommendation which turned out to be bang on what I wanted, at a very reasonable price.Definitely my go to mechanic now! Would highly recommend
