Poor poor poor. Management were rude, aggressive and cheeky all because I asked for a Day Pass, I couldn't remember my account number but asked they were welcome to look it up and will see I'm a trade member and have been for over 25years, unfortunately I was told by their manager that they are not here to look up account numbers, either produce your account number or leave, we don't issue day Passes anymore, bye!! Absolutely astonishing in this day and age how a customer is treated. Mr Ramzan you really need to address your staff's poor customer service.

I was regular customer for united Maxwell Road. Mr kaleem brought me to polmadie and introduced me to his team. I just send my order, they get it ready I just go and pick it up. I save quite a lot time. Moreover their prices are excellent. I m very happy here and would recommend everyone to come and experience the amazing level of service.

I have 4 shops and I am buying from United polmadie from day 1. It feels like this is my own cash n carry. From their directors to car park assistant everyone is helpful. Very good prices, Brilliant service, good availability of stock. I have never found any short dates at stock. Overall the best.
