Rykneld Homes are excellent landlords in our view. Very supportive to our specific needs and responsive to any issues that may have arisen in the early days of our tenancy. We can recommend them.

Still no help finding a home into 3rd year now. Even worse after bidding for 3 years. Get told on the Monday you are first for a property. Go and view it great want it. Phone call Friday morning we can't have it now. Cos after 45 years at work we have some savings. Now told we don't qualify at all now. Have to stay private renting. 0 out of 10.but if I was a immigrant or someone that has spent there life on benefits and doesn't want to work they will help them.

ignorant, useless bunch of crooks, nobody cares and their attitude stinks, complete lack of communication plus empty promises but what does it even matter to them since they have what you need, they are quite happy to dangle a carrot and just leave it there rotting..if you struggle with mental health and need a home closer to family for support they will make it as difficult as possible then put you nowhere near your family, in a place that really needs gutting but they will paint it with cheap paint that peels off if you look at it and don't care whats on the walls, it gets painted over and so no help with decorating costs because 'it's done'..52 year old woman here speaking from current experience and sat in despair..

Worst landlord ever everyone at rykneld should be sacked and replaced by staff that want to help customers

I've always come across friendly supportive staff with quick and effective call outs and repairs when needed

Very good if they are forced to do something (law dictates, like gas checks etc). Emergency calls are usually very prompt and brilliant (had a few children caused leaks in electrics lol). Otherwise your on your own. Don't reply to emails, fob off if you call or drop in, and don't seem to care at all unless law dictates they have to.Having said that, a couple of problems my kids caused I should have been charged for (as malicious or deliberate damage) which is fair, but those fees seem to have been waived as I never had a bill through which I felt was very kind. Overall, it's a good place, just disorganised and don't seem to care beyond bare minimum

Rubbish, still using covid for an excuse for being lazy! Then using rent arrears as an excuse not to give you a house. Theirs no rent arrears at all, paid everything but trying to charge £206 for grass seed?? Something needs doing about this. Blackmailing people until your arrears are clear your not getting a house! Poor really poor

Don't even deserve 1 star would give minus zero if we could. Housing (so called support) support the system players that deliberately take down fences & gates of neighbours & point cameras onto properties that have young children & get away with it yet we open or shut a door n so called housing support officers get on ya back! For making a noise!Absolute disgrace

If I could give 0 stars I would been reporting one of the neighbours that live in the block of flats above us now for over a year nothing has been done they keep closing the case even after evidence has been given and we’ve been threatened by them around the property and in public we have a baby in a 1 bedroom flat and they won’t move us we keep getting the smell of weed from the neighbour but when someone comes out they have gotten rid of the smell
