The perfect place to learn Paddleboarding. We had a great day and Steve was really nice. If you think you're good, test your skills on the child SUP! We'll definitely go back.

Great experience all around. We went to Big Crazy for the fly boarding experience both Lizzy and Steve were incredibly hospitable and professional.The quarry lake was beautiful and turquoise as expected! The flyboarding experience was amazing, so much fun and with Steve’s guidance we managed to stand up and fully experience the activity.

A super day out! If it’s your first time I recommend trying to get half an hour on the board (rather than the 15 mins taster sessions that some places offer). I’m reasonably competent at most board sports and was only just beginning to get the hang of it after 15 mins, for me it really came together in the last 15 mins. Steve gave good instruction and was great at knowing when to give you power and take it away.My family did the Kayaking and Paddle boarding at the same time which I can recommend as it gets the whole group involved and is great fun. It also gets them down on the pontoon where they can take videos and photos of you fly boarding.The venue itself is pretty special. The water is crystal clear, you can watch the divers when you walk out on the pontoon and the bungy jumpers from either the quarry or the café.

We did the paddle boarding and kayaking on the beach in Weston. Neither me or my boyfriend had done paddle boarding before and it was brilliant and a great experience. Lizzy and Steve were friendly and explained the technique really well. We also loved their dogs. The weather was so nice and we really enjoyed our morning. We will definitely do it again! Unfortunately we didn’t take any photos of the activity to show how good it was but we have a nice one of the beach.

Can not recommend these guys or this experience enough.Everyone we spoke to were extremely friendly and couldn’t do enough to make sure we enjoyed the experience.Fly boarding was so fantastic I cannot wait to do it again

Spent a fantastic morning with Steve on the river learning to paddle board. Steve is a lovely instructor, very patient and friendly. Gave me lots of encouragement and advice, and really built my confidence. No hesitation in recommending him.

Great value and really enjoyed the Stand up paddle boarding. An Ideal way to try SUP in a calm and safe environment. Staff very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend and will be happily returning.

Bought the Flyboarding experience for my partner and I as a Christmas present and we had a wicked time, got to do so much more than I expected and definitely want to return. Steve and the team were super supportive and friendly. The venue was beautiful, had lunch after at the on site café where again the team were excellent and my toddler even won an Easter egg, result. All round a wonderful day, couldn't have wished for it to go any better! Thank you!

Super day out, great family experience. Lizzy & Steve and woof woof Bella gave us a warm welcome, great instruction, a very relaxed atmosphere, going back for more in a couple of days, whilst holidaying in the Forest of Dean.

This is the second time we have been to Big Crazy Flyboarding. This time, 4 of us did the Water Party (kayaks, paddleboards & giant paddleboard) on the Saturday along with the flyboarding experience on the Sunday. The team were brilliant on both of our visits and really attentive to our swapping and changing kayaks & paddleboards constantly! The flyboarding was (again) amazing and we had an awesome time soaring out of the water with the help of our instructor. I managed to get some serious height (see photos) and perform some fairly epic turns this time. I would highly recommend the experience to anyone wanting to do something a bit different - it's well worth the money.
