Bramshaw's have just fitted our new bathroom and I'm so happy with it. Matt, Dan , Rich and Matt were all brilliant - everything was done to a really high standard. Everyone was polite, communicative and always left our flat clean and tidy at the end of each day. Would highly recommend them for any plumbing, tiling or bathroom fitting.

When my heating system failed over Christmas and i was left without heating or hot water, Bramshaw came to my rescue. They left me with some electric heaters until they could get to me when they were back to work in the New Year. They were extremely accommodating and managed to squeeze me into their hectic work schedule. I was very impressed with the workmanship and attention to detail. Extremely professional, punctual, tidy and efficient. I wouldnt use anyone else. Highly recommended. Thankyou team!

We have use the team at Bramshaw for many years. They are always reliable, attending when they have arranged, considerate and fairly priced. We have recently had a new boiler fitted and relocated. Paul, took time to discuss the options and ensure we were happy with our choice. We have been really pleased and would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

Bramshaws had been recommended to us to solve the leaks from our ageing under-mounted kitchen sink (set in granite worktop) and also from the attached pipework. We followed the sound advice from the Bramshaw office staff and idc Jack and Matt came out to Silverton and set about the replacement and repairs. Delighted with the result and most impressed with their care and the ability shown by the team. Would strongly pass on the recommendation to all future customers.

I would recommend Paul, Jack and his team to anyone. They installed a brand new central heating system into my Grade II listed house and from the start were completely onboard with the sensitive touch needed for this kind of installation - routing everything under the floorboards and helping select radiators and fittings in keeping with the period style. The quote was under what I had budgeted for the work, I felt completely confident to let them get on with it and I'm absolutely delighted with the result. They were always easy to get hold of, quick to respond and lovely to deal with. 5* experience!

They care about people, they really do. My boiler broke the day before Easter. I had a very little hope, but decided to try. I contacted a couple of firms, but faced the answer machine. Bramshaw's team answered the phone, were very friendly and helpful, and sorted the problem. I am incredibly grateful for their highly professional service.

We are absolutely delighted with our new heating. Bramshaws came to our rescue when our 20 year old boiler died. We wanted a more climate friendly solution and Paul came & took us through all the options open to us & the implications. We had 2 guys on site completely replacing our old heating system & radiators throughout the house & replacing our old garden oil tank. Oil boiler stopped working a week ago and my previous engineer who now only does gas recommended Bramshaw. Called and got booked in for a week later (you would expect a decent company to be busy).Engineer was polite, professional and explained fully what he was doing. Got the job fixed and boiler running perfect. Definitely recommend.
